Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any services provided by Glorion Casino ("we", "us", "our", "the Casino"). By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. General
Glorion Casino is operated by Glorion Entertainment Ltd., registered and licensed under the laws of Curaçao (eGaming License No. 365/JAZ). These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and the Casino in connection with your use of the website glorion-ca.com and all related services.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Casino after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use Glorion Casino you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
- Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal
- Not be a resident of a restricted country (see Section 3)
- Not be a current employee, director, or close family member of Glorion Entertainment Ltd. or any affiliated company
- Not have an existing account that has been suspended or permanently closed
- Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party
We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3. Restricted Jurisdictions
The following countries and territories are restricted from accessing Glorion Casino. Residents of these jurisdictions may not register an account or place bets:
- United States of America and its territories
- United Kingdom
- France and its overseas territories
- Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean
- Australia
- Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden (without local licence)
- Any country subject to UN, EU, or Canadian economic sanctions
This list may be updated at any time without prior notice. Use of a VPN or proxy to circumvent geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one (1) account. Opening duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. You must notify us immediately of any changes by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We will never ask for your password. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
5. Identity Verification (KYC)
We are required by our licence to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any time:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card)
- Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of payment method (photo of card showing name and last four digits)
- Source of funds or wealth documentation for higher transaction volumes
Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. We aim to complete verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Providing false, misleading, or forged documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all funds.
6. Deposits
All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum deposit amount is $10 CAD (or equivalent). There is no maximum deposit limit, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification requirements.
Deposits are generally credited instantly. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion. Deposit fees are detailed on our Payments page and may vary by method.
We reserve the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion, for example where we suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. We reserve the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for large amounts.

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above $5,000 CAD within a 30-day period. This may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus rules are as follows:
- Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn
- Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active is $5 CAD per spin or hand, unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to void bonuses and related winnings if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage, use of betting systems, or multi-accounting
- Bonuses that remain unclaimed or have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited will expire automatically
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. Gameplay Rules
All games on Glorion Casino use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are final once the round is complete. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.
We reserve the right to void bets and withhold payouts where:
- A game has been played with a technical error that affected its outcome
- A bet was placed exploiting a software bug or pricing error
- Evidence of collusion, cheating, or use of automated bots is detected
Maximum win per single game round or bet is $50,000 CAD, unless a specific game's rules state otherwise. Wins exceeding this amount may be subject to additional verification and may be paid in instalments.
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:
- Opening more than one account (multi-accounting)
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your location
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes
- Money laundering or using the Casino to conceal the origin of funds
- Providing false identity information or forged documents
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Casino staff or other players
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the Casino software
11. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, including where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
- We suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
In cases of termination due to a Terms breach, we reserve the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
12. Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. We will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly administration fee of $5 CAD (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) will be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in. No fees will be charged while the account remains active.
13. Responsible Gambling
We are committed to responsible gambling. A full description of the tools we provide — including deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — is available on our Responsible Gaming page. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools proactively.

14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Glorion Casino website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game graphics, software, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of Glorion Entertainment Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glorion Entertainment Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the Casino
- Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages
- Losses resulting from a breach of your account security caused by your own negligence
- Decisions made on the basis of information published on our website
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount held in your account at the time of the incident.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Curaçao eGaming authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
